Job Description
Softeon is seeking a dynamic Partnership Manager to join our team, where you will play a key role in nurturing our existing partner relationships and expanding them through new, mutually beneficial strategic partnerships.
In this role, you’ll help manage existing relationships, develop new partnerships, and assist in the integration and execution of partnership strategies.
Your efforts will directly contribute to our growth and customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in partnership management within a SaaS environment, good negotiation skills, and a keen commercial awareness to identify and develop opportunities for successful collaborations.
Responsibilities
Nurture Existing Relationships: Work to maintain and enhance relationships with current partners to ensure mutual growth and success.
Identify and Recruit Partners: Assist in seeking potential partners aligning with the company's goals, partner program needs, and market trends.
Leads & Revenue Generation: Work to drive partner-led leads and revenue by identifying opportunities and collaborating on joint initiatives.
Customer Experience Enhancement: Work with ISV partners to improve product integration and customer support as directed.
Partner Activity Tracking: Maintain and track all key partner information and activities in HubSpot
Industry Expertise: Stay updated with supply chain industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities.
Requirements and skills
- Minimum of two years' experience in a partner program role for a SAAS organization
- Demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing partnership agreements.
- Experience building partner programs in a SaaS/Cloud environment.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work within the US without sponsorship
